Jackalope Grill Offering Outdoor Seating - Starting 8/10
Staring August 10, we will be offering outside seating. Come by and enjoy the beautiful summer evening weather! Seating available on a first come, first served basis.

Women Tasting Wine, Forgeron Cellars – Mon., 8/16
Marie-Eve Gilla, part owner and winemaker at Forgeron Cellars, received her Master's in enology/viticulture at the University of Dijon and has been making premium wines in the Northwest for more than 10 years. The August WTW seminar will feature Ms. Gilla and some of her truly remarkable wines, accompanied by Chef Tim's complementary food pairings.

"Forgeron" is French for blacksmith, as this winery/ tasting room was the former site of a blacksmith shop. The word "forgeron" also has a slightly different meaning in French, referring to artisans who build with their hands, combining experience with an extensive knowledge of their trade.

This is the vision that Marie-Eve Gilla, part owner and winemaker, brings to the winery each day, crafting complex, food-friendly wines from vineyards chosen for maturity and flavor profile.

WTW will meet on Monday, August 16, from 4:00-6:00, at Jackalope Grill. Cost is $45, and your payment is your reservation. For reservations and details, go to WomenTastingWine.com.

Tim's Supper Club, Foods of Provence – Wed., 8/18
This month's Supper Club will explore the foods of Provence. Some of the dished included in this event will be soup, salad, Moules Provençale, roast lamb and, of course, dessert. The cost for this feast will be $42.00. Corkage fee waived for this event. Wine pairings will be available for an additional $17.00.

Jackalope Grill Open Mondays In September
During the month of September, we will be open on Mondays, with the exception of September 20, which is set aside for Women Tasting Wine.
